MOCA 4,4'-Methylene bis(2 -chloroa niline) CAS 101 -14-4 
Introduction: 
In the production of MOCA, o-chlora niline is reacted with hydroamine and hydrochloric  acid to form o-chlora niline salt salt, and then condensed into crude MOCA by adding formaldehyde, neutralizing and distilling excess o-chlora niline, washing and recrystallization with ethanol to form granular body for sale. MOCA can be dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethyl formamide and other organic solvents, but also soluble in heated polyether polyols, used to adjust the formulation of polyurethane adhesives.
Universal vulcanizing agent for polyurethane rubber, also suitable for crosslinked epoxy resins.

Scope of application:

MOCA can be used as curing agent for polyurethane elastomers and cast polyurethanes. It is also be used as curing agent for epoxy or epoxy urethane resin.
It can be used in these industries, such as PU wheels for manual pallet trucks, PU tire casters, PU foot wheels, pressed rubber/polyurethane tires, mechanical parts :PU springs instead of PU rollers, rubber factories producing PU rollers, manufacturers of scooter rollers, chemical materials factories producing PU waterproofing products such as PU sports tracks and PU.
