1,3,5-trioxane, also known as trioxane, is an organic compound with the chemical formula C3H6O3. It is a colorless crystal formed by the condensation reaction of ace taldehyde molecules.

Usage: Mainly used as an intermediate for engineering plastics, polyformaldehyde and other chemicals, and used as a disinfectant, etc. It can also be used as a catalyst for making epoxy resin and bisphenol A. It is also a raw material for daily cosmetics cold perm and hair remover. It can be used as the basic raw material for synthesizing transparent plastics and heat stabilizers such as organic antimony and organic tin. Its reagent products are sensitive reagents for detecting metal ions such as iron, molybdenum, silver, and tin.
