Product Description:
PTBCA is a high efficient agent as scale and corrosion inhibitor. It can be used in situations of high temperature, high hardness, high alkali and high conc-entration index.
Can be used in petroleum, chemical, power generation, industrial boiler water treatment.The concentration ratio of circulating cooling water can be increased to more than 7.It can be used as chelating agent and metal cleaning agent in detergent industry.
Widely used in circulating cooling water system and oil field water injection system corrosion and scale inhibition, especially suitable for use with zinc salt, copolymer, can be used in high temperature, high hardness, high alkali and need high concentration times
In the case of operation, PBTCA can be used as a chelating agent and metal cleaning agent in the washing industry. After the product is mixed with zinc salt and added to the cooling water, it can improve the corrosion inhibition performance of the formula and the scale inhibition ability in the alkaline system
The general dosing amount is 5-15ppm, and continuous dosing is appropriate.
