Thiophanazine is a non-metallic organic sulfur nitrogen heterocyclic compound with excellent fungicidal and bacterial activity. Its chemical name is 2-thiocyanomethylthiobenzothiazole.
TCMTB is stable in acidic and weakly alkaline media. It can be used alone or in combination with other fungicides. TCMTB can be combined with a series of surfactants to form a concentrated  solution of fungicides. When diluted with water, it forms a stable emulsion, indicating that The active agent ensures that TCMTB quickly penetrates into different organic substrates and has a long-lasting protection against microbial attack.
