It is an important heavy metal ion treatment agent, which can precipitate almost monovalent & divalent metals, such as Fe2+/Fe3+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Cu2+, Ag+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Ti+ and Cr3+ , forms a stable chelate compound can be removed as well.
The chelate compound will not be dissolved by rainwater and other substances, so there is no secondary pollution problem.
The brief instruction (15% solution)
process flow chart for heavy metal wastewater treatment :
Collect waste water → adjust pH value 7-10 → add tmt-na3 (15% aqueous solution) under agitation → add organic flocculant and stir quickly for 1 minute → static sedimentation → filtration → treated water → stir slowly for 15 minutes.
