Application:
In industry, bentonite is mainly used as a thickening agent and anti-precipitation agent for coatings and inks
(1) To bentonite as a binder for iron pellets, directly into the blast furnace smelting instead of sintering method, can save flux and coke 10% to 15%, improve the production capacity of blast furnace 40% to 50%.
(2) The drilling mud prepared with sodium bentonite has a high slurry yield and many other advantages, which is suitable for oil drilling, high pressure jet Wells, small diameter drilling and unstable formation drilling.
(3) Using sodium bentonite as the Chemicalbook binder for casting sand can strengthen the sand resistance and solve the problem of sand collapse.
(4) Bentonite can be used as a pesticide carrier and diluent, oil and oil purification and decolorization agent, as well as wine and sugar industry clarifier and purifier.
(5) In coal mine production, the roadway excavated in bentonite is easy to expand, which causes the roadway deformation or even blocking, and is not easy to support.
