Introduction: 
SSZ-13 molecular sieve has a chabazite (CHA) structure, which consists of AlO4 and SiO4 tetrahedrons connected by oxygen atoms, orderly arranged into an ellipsoidal cage (0.73nm × 1.2nm) with an eight-membered ring structure and a three-dimensional intersection. Pore structure, pore size is 0.38nm×0.38nm. Since SSZ-13 has the characteristics of ordered pore structure, good hydrothermal stability, more surface proton acidic centers and exchangeable cations, it is suitable for NOX removal from diesel vehicle exhaust, me thanol to olefins (MTO) and CO2 Exhibits excellent performance in adsorption separation.
The CU-SSZ-13 performs better, but is more expensive.

Scope of application:

SSZ-13 is a high-silica zeolite with CHA topology. Materials with this topology are of industrial interest as potential catalysts for the me thanol-to-olefins (MTO) reaction.

In recent years, SSZ-13 has attracted attention as a NOx selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst. [8] In fact, copper-loaded SSZ-13 is used industrially for emission control of diesel engines.

Our advantage:

Using self-made CHA structure molecular sieve as the carrier, copper-based SCR catalyst was prepared by ion exchange method and impregnation method. The self-made CHA structure molecular sieve material has suitable silicon-to-aluminum ratio, excellent surface acidity, high relative crystallinity and suitable micropore structure. , the corresponding catalyst performance reaches: NOX ignition temperature (T50) 155ºC, operating window (T90) wide (180-480ºC). Molecular sieve materials have small particle size, large specific surface area, high crystallinity, and good stability. After applying this molecular sieve material to the SCR system, the low-temperature activity and hydrothermal aging performance are significantly improved, and can meet the National VI emission standards.
1. Molecular sieve products have good stability and have characteristic diffraction peaks of typical CHA structure, which are characteristic diffraction peaks of chabazite (CHA structure) (JCPDS file No. 52-0784);
2. It has high relative crystallinity, no impurities, high intensity and sharp characteristic diffraction peaks, and no other impurity peaks in the XRD pattern;
3. The structure is stable. After thermal aging treatment at 850°C for 24 hours and constant temperature treatment at 750°C with 10% water vapor for 24 hours, SSZ-13 products maintain complete characteristic diffraction peaks, the intensity is not weakened, and no impurity peaks appear, indicating that the product has good high temperature resistance. , high temperature hydrothermal deactivation ability, providing quality assurance for practical applications.
