| Adhibition | Paclobutrazol is a kind of inhibitory triazole plant growth regulator, which is an inhibitor of endogenous gibberellin synthesis. It can obviously reduce the apical growth advantage, promote the breeding of lateral buds (tillers), thick stems, and dwarf and compact plants. It can increase the content of chlorophyll, protein and nucleic acid, decrease the content of gibberellin, decrease the content of indoleacetic acid and increase the release of ethylene. It works mainly through root absorption. The amount of autoleaf absorption was not enough to cause morphological change, but it could increase yield |
