Erythritol, a filled sweetener, is a four-carbon sugar alcohol with the formula C4H10O4. Erythritol is widely present in nature, such as fungi, mushrooms, lichens, melons and fruits, melons, grapes, pears, animal eye crystals, plasma, fetal fluid, semen, urine can also be detected in a small amount in fermented food wine, beer, soy sauce, Japanese sake.

2.Bakery product
For higher quality functional or lower calorie baked products, erythritol is a proven good raw material.
